Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PlainStudioAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

PlainStudioAI is an AI-powered product photography platform that transforms your product images into professional-quality photos with enhanced backgrounds and styling. We use artificial intelligence to generate images based on your uploads.

PlainStudioAI also offers social media scheduling features that allow you to publish content directly to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. This feature uses Facebook Login for Business for authentication and requires you to connect your Instagram Professional account and Facebook Page.

Account & Credits

• New users receive 5 free credits upon account creation
• Each image generation costs 1 credit
• Free trial users can test up to 2 images before signing in
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Subscriptions & Payments

• Starter Plan: $9/month for 100 credits (credits reset monthly)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial months
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and generate using PlainStudioAI. You may use generated images for any commercial or personal purpose.

We retain the right to display sample generated images (anonymized and with your permission) for marketing purposes only.

Social Media Integration

When using our social media scheduling feature, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for all content you schedule and publish through our service
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions to publish content to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
• You must comply with Facebook's and Instagram's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Advertising Policies when using our scheduling feature
• We are not responsible for any content that violates platform policies or is removed by Facebook or Instagram
• You may disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your account settings

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PlainStudioAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or create misleading images
• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We're not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of Liability

PlainStudioAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
